"We asked for a standard whiteboard to be modified for our requirements. A proof was quickly sent to us to approve and we ordered our whiteboard. It did take some time to arrive (not sure if this was a production or delivery issue but it was just after lockdown so everything was still a bit crazy), but when I asked after it VizLink chased and had excellent communication.
